About

We establish and run EU companies for foreign owners. From a Hungarian base — 9% corporate tax, full EU market access — we take you from a working company, through banking and compliance, into structuring, under one dedicated relationship manager.

01

The firm

Global Partners Group is a cross-border corporate and advisory firm. It establishes and runs EU companies for foreign owners — from a Hungarian base, at 9% corporate tax, with full access to the EU single market.

It handles the administration end to end, under one dedicated relationship manager, while the client keeps every decision. When we say we run your company, we mean the administration — not the business.

We establish and run your EU company for you — 9% tax, full EU market access, whether you are inside the EU or anywhere else.
02

How we work

We handle the administration end to end — formation, banking, the books, payroll, VAT, filings and the authorities. You coordinate nothing operational, and you keep every business decision.

We assume you are building a legitimate business. We set it up properly and run it well — described plainly, not argued. Where your own involvement or local management matters to your case, that is a conversation we have with you, not a claim we make on a website.

03

Discreet by design

A dedicated relationship manager handles your file end to end. We don't put faces or names on a website — the brand, and our record, stand for us. We name no clients, no banks, and no partners. Privacy is part of the product.

04

Our record

We prove the firm by its record, not by naming people. How many companies we have established for foreign owners, and the countries they came from, appear here once each figure is sourced and cleared to publish.

Regulated footing & safeguards

Clients are contracted by a licensed entity. Its registration, its AML registration, and the way client funds and documents are handled are set out here — institutional facts about the firm, not the naming of counterparties.

To be published The licensed entity and the limits of its authorisation are confirmed before any service is marketed publicly.
